Steve Daley

Steve Daley has been masquerading as a professional in print journalism and public relations (ugh!) for many years in Washington and Chicago.

A career highlight was working with and hanging out with Jeff MacNelly at numerous political conventions, presidential primaries, Super Bowls and the Billy Goat Tavern in Chicago.

Equally important, he was half of the SWAT team that introduced Jeff to Susie in 1989 with his co-conspirator and spouse, Jane.

A cartoonist's son who cannot draw, Daley has tended bar, interviewed second basemen and Presidents, taught a writing course at a major American university and secured the world's largest private collection of Irish crystal.

No, not that last one.
